The Junior Kyu Programme
Our Junior Kyu Syllabus ensures that children within ages 9-12, are equipped with the imperative skills, not only to prepare them for Senior Kyu training, but everyday life. This allows students to continue building their knowledge already established within the Mon Programme, but also provided further opportunities both in and outside the Dojo. This includes both our Leadership Programme and the ability to practise Karate competitively.
Junior Kyu students are required to attend at least twice per week, with most attending 3+ days. Students can train Monday @ 6:15pm, Tuesday and Thursday @ 5:30pm & Saturday @ 10:45am. Subject to class availability.
The Senior Kyu Programme
Our Senior Kyu Syllabus is used by the majority of existing students, however older children and adult beginners will also be placed in this Programme. This is developed for teenagers, 13 years and above that allows like minded individuals to work and train together. Classes do not only involve Karate exclusively, but we also incorporate fitness and practical self-defence into our syllabus. Students in this programme are also eligible to enrol in Kobudo Classes and Competitions.
